DO YOU OFFER VEGAN ITEMS?
I am always looking to provide products for all SANCHA customers but currently, I am unable to provide vegan products.
Due to the car accident in 2023 and my subsequent recovery, am slowly but surely making a return to catering to all diets. I thank you, in advance, for your patience.
DO YOU MAKE ANY GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?
I am currently working on my gluten free offering and appreciate your patience. To be the first to find out about new products, follow me on any of my social media channels or by subscribing. by email, at the bottom of any page.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
All SANCHA products are delivered in sealed recyclable cardboard boxes to keep them fresh and safe in transit
Feel free to keep them in the box when they arrive to maintain freshness. I recommend enjoying your freshly baked purchase as soon as possible but they should keep well for about 5 days.
CAN I RECYCLE SANCHA BOXES?
Yes, the cardboard boxes and all promotional materials are recyclable. Currently, the greaseproof paper that contain your order is not recyclable so please dispose of this in the regular waste.
HOW LONG DOES THE FREE DELIVERY TAKE?
To maintain freshness, all SANCHA products are shipped on the same day that they are baked. All orders qualify for free delivery and are currently sent 2nd Class in the Royal Mail
In my experience, items usually arrive within 2 days. However, I cannot guarantee any specific timing as the delivery is carried out by a third party.
If you require faster delivery, this may be arranged on a case-by- case basis at an additional fee. Please message me directly to arrange this.

Both digital and physical gift cards are now available. Physical gift cards are available directly to purchase at markets and events.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU DO MARKETS?
As I recover and get back to baking, I look forward to attending more markets in Cambridge and beyond.
SANCHA products are available throughout the year, however, with free delivery right here, on my online store.
WHERE CAN I FIND SANCHA?
I have recently moved to Cambridge! I used to have a cafe in Southbourne, Dorset but this has been closed since sustaining my Traumatic Brain Injury in 2023.
I am, slowly, getting better and as I recover and get back to baking, I look forward to attending more markets in Cambridge and beyond.
